The distance to the beach is 35000 meters. Bellver I is situated above street level. The entrance is on the first floor. You reach the entrance through short stairs upstairs. Bellver I is a fully detached villa with a private swimming pool. Entrance: Here you find the living room, kitchen, dining room and 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom. First floor: Here you find the 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. You have access to the balcony from the living room, dining room . The interior of the villa Bellver I is very luxurious. The inside is a mix of different colours with a nice atmosphere. Bellver I disposes of a a splendid view the surrounding forests. Bellver I has a built surface of 230 square meters. You have to your disposal a designed garden. You find the swimming pool at the side of your villa. You reach the swimming pool through short stairs downside. Here you can fully enjoy the Spanish sun and outdoor life. Bellver I has disposal of a permanent stone bbq cooking utensils. The playground appliance is for very young children a welcome distraction. This holdiay residence is very suitable for families because of the privacy.

Girona
The capital city of the same province, is widely seen as one of the most historic sites of the whole of Spain. This mythical city is situated at the river side of the Onyar in the area Girones, where the rivers Ter, Onyar, Guell and Galligant come together. This has made the city into the middle of trade and different clutures for over 2000 years. It is a crossing point of transportation and communication which as often been the reason of fierce battles. Sightseeing must-sees are the Cathedral of Santa Maria with it's impressive tombs, the monastary of Sant Pere de Galligants, the Arabic baths and the church of Sant Feliu.Girona is also well known for it's cozy shopping streets.

Unfortunately groups of youngsters (average age below or equal to 23) are not allowed in this holiday residence.
